INGREDIENTS

1 Frozen Banana

1 cup Frozen Mixed Berries

2 cups Spinach

1/2 Avocado

3 Brussel Sprouts

1 tsp Chia Seeds

 

Add all ingredients to the large Nutri Bullet Cup, ensuring that they are not over the 'max line'

 Add 1-2 cups of water or milk

Blend for about 20 seconds or until all contents have been liquefied
