WCT Veggie Salsacado Burger Recipe
Benefits of Veggie Burgers:
Aside from helping you to fulfill your daily serving of vegetables, there are many advantages of consuming a burger packed with vegetables instead of beef.

Veggie burgers are also very high in fiber which helps keep you satiated longer by slowing down digestion and allowing the body to absorb key nutrients. Fiber also helps regulate your bowel health.
Veggie burgers are considered a carbohydrate, so be sure to add a healthy fat, such as avocado, and/or some lean protein, to make this a complete meal!
