WCT Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

Benefits of Sweet Potatoes:

Sweet potatoes are one of those foods that are delicious all by themselves. They are very easy to make and are extremely versatile.

Per cup, sweet potatoes contain 214% of the daily value of vitamin A, 52% of the daily value of vitamin C and 50% of the daily value of manganese.

Sweet potatoes have also been said to boost immune system function, help maintain water balance, facilitate digestion, and help in the production of collagen, which helps our skin maintain it's elasticity.

In this recipe we will be making sweet potato chips, which make for a perfect snack or side dish!
