WCT Sweet Potato Chips Recipe

Per cup, sweet potatoes contain 214% of the daily value of vitamin A, 52% of the daily value of vitamin C and 50% of the daily value of manganese.
Sweet potatoes have also been said to boost immune system function, help maintain water balance, facilitate digestion, and help in the production of collagen, which helps our skin maintain it's elasticity.
In this recipe we will be making sweet potato chips, which make for a perfect snack or side dish!
Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Total Cook Time:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 375F
Step 2: Slice the sweet potatoes into 1/2 inch slices on a cutting board
Step 3: Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a baking sheet and add extra virgin olive oil
Step 4: Add the sliced sweet potatoes to the baking sheet
Step 5: Now, add additional extra virgin olive oil, cinnamon, and red pepper to season
Step 6: Bake in the oven for approximately 30 minutes or until the chips become soft
