But now, the holidays are coming! This tends to be a very scary time for some, with the numerous social gatherings and all the delicious desserts, but it doesn't have to be. Supercharge your dessert by bringing this healthy soufflé to your Thanksgiving potluck which has no added sugar!    




1 ripe avocado

1 tasse of cacao

1/2 cup of almond milk

1 tbsp of peanut butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 date
