WCT Power Bars Recipe

Benefits of The Power Bars

The WCT Power Bars are excellent on the go snack. They are packed with healthy fats as well as protein to keep you satiated throughout the day. One of the key ingredients, figs, are high in fiber, magnesium, manganese, calcium, copper, and potassium, as well as vitamins, most notably K and B6. These bars also contain chia seeds which are considered to be a superfood by many nutrition experts due to its high omega-3 profile. 

Try it for yourself and see if you could go a day without consuming one.


1 banana

5 figs

5 dates

1 cup raw oats

2 tbsp chia seeds

20g chocolate whey protein (or any type of chocolate protein)

3 eggs

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp cacao

2 tbsp organic peanut butter (or any type of nut butter)

Fat: 10g

Protein: 9g


Total Cook Time:

30 minutes



Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Step 2: On a large cutting board, cut: banana, figs, and dates into small pieces and put to the side

Step 3: In a large mixing bowl add: chocolate protein, chia seeds, and raw oats

Step 4: Add the cut up banana, figs, and dates to the large mixing bowl

Step 5: Mix using a spoon

Step 6: Add three whole eggs to the large bowl and mix

Step 7: Add the olive oil and mix

Step 8: Transfer the ingredients in the mixing bowl to a baking pan (8.5" X 4.5" X 2.75) or similar

Step 9: Drizzle the peanut butter on top of the mix

Step 10: Grate the cacao directly on top of the peanut butter using a grater

Step 11: Put in the oven at 375 degrees until cooked (stick a knife in the middle, if no ingredients are left on the knife, take it out of the oven)

Step 12: Once cooled, cut into seven equal pieces, and store in the refrigerator until desired
