Who Is This Program For? 

The WCT Strength Program is meant for busy individuals who want to get started on a comprehensive training program, but do not have much time to spend at the gym.  

It is designed for men who have anywhere from 0-1 year of training experience; however, it could be done by anyone who wishes to go back to the basics and develop a strong foundation for strength and muscle development. 


What Does The Program Entail?

The WCT Women's Strength Program focuses on compound multi-joint exercises that trains the Big 6 Functional Movement patterns.   

In other words, these are the exercises that actually improve your strength, your muscle mass and your overall level of fitness.  The program lasts for 15 weeks and provides a gradual progressive overload in all of the key exercises.

There is an overwhelming amount of fitness information on the Internet. There is an even larger amount of exercise programs that you could choose from.  The vast majorities of them are garbage, and contain a lot of ‘fluff’ that is low yield, and simply a waste of time.
