How To Make Creamy Mashed Potatoes
10-12 Small Potatoes
1/2 cup Almond Milk
Garlic, Oregano, Cilantro, Parsley

Step 1: Add the potatoes to a small pot.
Step 2: Add water to the pot so that all potatoes are immersed in water
Step 3: Turn the stove on high heat
Step 4: When you are able to stick a knife into the potato easily, shut off the flame
Step 5: Add the potatoes to a food processor as well as the milk and any spices you would like to add
Step 6. Turn the food processor on to the lowest setting and wait for all potatoes to be mashed
10-12 potatoes yield about 2.5 cups of mashed potatoes. We recommend consuming 1/2 cup as the carbohydrate, therefore you will have 4-5 meals containing mashed potatoes.
